Saved bikes and browser preferences

Saved bikes store product handles in this browser/device, not your email or payment details. The list is not synchronised through your customer account. Remove a saved bike using its heart button or clear the website's browser storage to remove the list. Clearing storage or changing browsers can also remove saved preferences.

The welcome popup stores a dismissal time for seven days or a signup-success preference so that it does not keep interrupting you. The browser does not generate or store your personal coupon code. These preferences are separate from Shopify's cookies, privacy controls and account processing.

Newsletter and personal offers

Joining the newsletter is optional. Subscribing requires your email and explicit marketing consent; the consent checkbox is not preselected. Shopify records the subscription and manages messages through Shopify Messaging and Flow. For an eligible first-order offer, the automation uses the customer record, order history and an issuance tag to create a recipient-specific, one-use code and avoid duplicate welcomes. Declining marketing does not prevent an enquiry, account or purchase.

Use the unsubscribe link in the email to stop marketing, or contact Monza. An issued offer is not cancelled solely because you unsubscribe. Necessary order/support messages may still be sent. We retain the preference information needed to respect your choice and applicable recordkeeping duties.

Accounts, support and external services

Shopify handles the customer account, address, order and payment features available on the platform. Gmail receives messages sent to our support email. Opening WhatsApp or Instagram takes you to a Meta service under its own privacy notice. Suppliers and carriers receive the information needed to fulfil an order or handle an agreed support request. Do not send banking passwords, full card details or sensitive financing documents through an ordinary chat.

Your requests and choices

Contact monzaebikes@gmail.com about access, correction, deletion, your marketing preference or another applicable privacy right. Monza may request only the information reasonably needed to verify and handle the request. Applicable recordkeeping duties can limit deletion of some transaction records. We respond as required by applicable law; do not send sensitive identity documents in your first message.

Use Your privacy choices for Shopify's region-dependent data-sharing controls and Shopify's privacy portal for requests directed to Shopify. Availability depends on your location. Visiting a preferences page alone does not submit an opt-out. Our main privacy policy describes Shopify's processing and Network Intelligence.
