MONZA MOTORS
Warranty
Effective: October 27, 2026.
Monza limited warranty
Monza Motors LLC provides and manages this limited warranty for manufacturing defects in new bikes bought from Monza's launch catalogue in the United States. The component periods below begin on original delivery and apply to the parts fitted to your model. Read this warranty before payment and keep your purchase record.
Component periods
| Component | Months |
|---|---|
| Frame | 24 |
| Front fork and handlebar | 12 |
| Motor, controller, charger and main wiring | 12 |
| Battery: manufacturing defects | 12 |
| Transmission, hubs, rims, shock absorber and kickstand | 6 |
| Display and throttle | 6 |
| Lights, keys and switches | 3 |
| Pedals, tires, saddle, fenders and brakes: manufacturing defects | 3 |
These periods cover manufacturing defects, not ordinary wear. Normal battery capacity decline through use or ageing is different from a manufacturing defect. This policy does not promise a separate battery-capacity or charging-cycle guarantee.
Covered remedy and costs
For an approved manufacturing defect within its component period, Monza coordinates repair or replacement of the affected component. Covered replacement parts are supplied without charge. The customer pays labour and transport costs, which Monza explains or quotes before the customer authorises the service, unless Monza expressly agrees to cover them or applicable law requires another remedy.
This cost allocation does not override the rights and handling of a defective, damaged or incorrect delivery under our return and refund policy. A change-of-mind return fee is not automatically charged to a defect claim. Monza communicates the diagnosis, proposed remedy, service arrangements and any expected delay.
What is not covered
Ordinary wear and damage caused by accidents, misuse, stunt riding inconsistent with the product's intended use, water exposure, improper storage, incorrect charging, incompatible parts, modifications or improper repairs are not manufacturing defects covered by this warranty. Use the correct charger and follow the model's instructions.
Choosing an independent repairer or using a third-party part does not by itself remove coverage for an unrelated defect. Theft and accidental damage are not covered as insurance under this warranty. This warranty does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Starting a claim
Contact monzaebikes@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 786-406-4044 with your purchase/order reference, model, serial number if available and a description of the issue. Include photographs or a short video when available. Monza manages the request and coordinates with the relevant supplier.
Request instructions before authorising a repair or sending a product. The business address is not an automatic repair or return destination. If the bike or battery appears unsafe, stop using it and the charger. Do not dismantle, charge or mail a damaged battery; contact Monza for safe handling and transport instructions.
