Catalogue, enquiries and orders

The website currently offers a catalogue and WhatsApp enquiries; online purchasing is not open. Browsing, an enquiry, saving a bike or joining the newsletter does not place an order. Before accepting payment, Monza confirms the exact model/configuration, availability, delivery address, total price and applicable purchase terms with you in writing.

Listed prices are in US dollars and include US shipping for confirmed bike orders. Applicable taxes and any separately requested service are disclosed before payment. Do not assume that assembly, registration, protective equipment or other accessories are included unless expressly listed or confirmed for your order.

Product information and use

Check the specifications, equipment and photographs against the configuration confirmed for your order. Listed performance figures depend on the model, rider, terrain, conditions and settings; they are not a guarantee of your results. A category label or speed filter does not establish street legality, vehicle classification or financing eligibility. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and the rules where you ride.

If information changes or we identify an error, we will clarify it before accepting an affected order or contact you about an existing order as required. We will not charge a different amount without your agreement or remove applicable cancellation/refund rights.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Read our shipping policy and return and refund policy. The current delivery estimate is 7–10 days, subject to confirmation for your model and address. Voluntary change-of-mind returns require a new, unused and complete bike and a request within 14 days of delivery. Defect and other mandatory rights remain separate.

Monza manages warranty enquiries. Review the written warranty applicable to the exact product before payment; a supplier's direct-website policy does not automatically become the terms of a purchase from Monza. Warranty is not insurance.

Welcome offer

Eligible email subscribers with no prior orders may receive a personal nine-digit code for 5% off their first e-bike or dirt bike from the Monza bikes collection. Each code is restricted to its recipient, has one total use and cannot be combined with other discounts. Accessories and taxes are excluded. Unsubscribing does not invalidate an already issued code. While online ordering is closed, contact Monza to arrange the order and have the offer checked before payment.

Newsletter consent is optional and separate from a purchase or customer account. Further promotions have the conditions stated with that offer; they do not retroactively alter a confirmed order.

Accounts and saved bikes

You may browse and enquire without an account. Shopify customer accounts provide the profile, address and order features available in the service. Keep your account access secure and contact us about suspected misuse. Saved bikes on this website are stored in your browser/device and are not synchronised across devices through your account. Clearing browser storage removes that list.

Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy describes personal-information handling and available choices. Shopify operates the store platform. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram or another external service take you to that service and its own terms/privacy notice. Never send full payment-card details, banking passwords or sensitive financing documents through ordinary chat.

Responsible use and content

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or interfere with another person's use. Monza content and third-party product names, logos and media retain their respective rights. Contact us about an error or rights concern.

Payment plans and changes to these terms

No financing, $0-down, 0% interest or insurance approval is promised. Any future provider offer requires its own availability, terms and approval. These terms may be updated for future use of the website; a later update does not reduce rights or agreed terms for an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
