US shipping included

Shipping within the United States is included in the listed bike price for orders confirmed by Monza. The current estimated delivery time is 7–10 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Monza confirms availability and delivery arrangements for your exact model, configuration and ZIP code before payment.

Some bikes ship directly from our suppliers. The product's location, carrier route and destination can affect availability and timing. International delivery is not included in this offer.

Confirming your order

Online purchasing is currently closed; contact Monza on WhatsApp to arrange an order. Before paying, check the delivery address, full price, applicable taxes, expected dispatch and arrival timing, and any assembly or separately requested service. Shipping inclusion does not imply that assembly or installation is included.

Dispatch means handover to the carrier. Delivery means arrival at your address. We share the carrier's tracking information when available. Contact us with your order reference if you need an update.

Delays and changes

Contact Monza promptly to request an address change or cancellation; we will check the order's dispatch status before confirming what can be changed. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will explain the delay and offer the applicable options to agree to a revised shipment or cancel for a prompt refund. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel it and arrange the required refund.

Receiving the bike

Check the packaging and bike when practical, retain packaging and photographs, and report damage, a wrong item or missing parts to Monza with your order reference. Prompt reporting helps us investigate; it does not remove your applicable rights.

Do not ride, charge or send a damaged or suspect battery through ordinary mail. Contact Monza for the appropriate handling and carrier instructions. Return shipments need a separately confirmed destination; the business address is not an automatic return location.

Pickup and contact

No walk-in pickup service is offered on this website. Any pickup or visit requires an appointment and written confirmation of the location and readiness.
